Dining in Cozumel

In and Around Town

La Mission is one of the best spots in town for lunch or dinner.  Everything is delicious and the prices are very reasonable.

Guido’s for Italian for us is the place.  It should not be missed.  We eat there weekly and love so many things on the menu, not to mention the absolute perfect, romantic atmosphere.

Kinta is very upscale and a little hard to find, but a wonderful and unique dining experience.  As with Guido’s, the atmosphere is romantic and lovely.

Kondesa is the new sister restaurant to Kinta and it is getting awesome reviews offering wonderful upscale Mexican cuisine in a beautiful open courtyard.

Café Denis, a Cozumel standard, cash only and is located towards the back of the town square.  Small, but great service and the food is great.  The breakfast is really great!

South of Town and On the Beach

The Money Bar is a great spot to sit by the water for lunch or dinner.  The food is always good with generous portions. They have a beach club there and you can rent water sports gear and snorkel there.

Alberto’s is a great beach spot, just south of the Occidental Grand on the South Coastal road.  The Ceviche is great and they have awesome lobsters.

Coconut’s is a must, best for lunch located on the north end on the “Wild Side”

Within walking distance of Palmar

Paprika is a new spot, again just south of the building, also serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.  They close at 10:00 and have a “Happy Hour” from 4-6.  They also deliver to Palmar!

La Hach is good for lunch or dinner and is a great “late night spot” with live music on the weekends.  The food is good traditional fare.

Sunset Beach Bar and Restaurant is located just north of the Palmar has a Happy Hour and serves a light lunch geared to those going to snorkelers and those looking to hang out at their beach club.

Blue Angel is another great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner and offers a great ocean view.

Ernesto’s has a great “local” breakfast and they get high reviews for the Fajitas. They are just south of the building and are open breakfast, lunch in dinner.
